IT outstaffing is one of the forms of hiring, when the customer's company fully buys out the hours of work of an individual specialist or an already established team, who, in turn, are on the staff of web production. The customer is responsible for the formation of the backlog and setting tasks, and all commits, reports and actions are recorded in the client accounting system.

A rented specialist is a member of your team. You independently set tasks for him or her, interact on work issues and control the result.
At the start of a project, an outstaffed specialist, like any full-time employee, is only immersed in the workflow. He or she also needs to get acquainted with the project, study the documentation and establish internal communication. If, nevertheless, the speed of work leaves much to be desired, then we recommend updating the task pool or giving additional time to adapt. If this does not correct the situation, then we will try to find a replacement.
To avoid possible information leaks, we sign an NDA both with the customer and with a dedicated specialist. We also always recommend using specialized software for secure connection to internal applications and all kinds of control mechanisms that are adopted by the team.
