HOW DOES OUTSTAFF WORK?

IT outstaffing is one of the forms of hiring, when the customer's company fully buys out the hours of work of an individual specialist or an already established team, who, in turn, are on the staff of web production. The customer is responsible for the formation of the backlog and setting tasks, and all commits, reports and actions are recorded in the client accounting system.

There are several reasons why it is beneficial for a company to outstaff developers and designers:

1. No need to waste time to search for an employee in the state. Quick involvement of qualified specialists with the necessary expertise.

3. Risk reduction at launch. Customer is guaranteed to receive necessary services and does not disrupt launching new projects.

2. Rapid scaling of the team and exit from the project: if necessary – to strengthen, at the end of the project – to terminate cooperation.

4. Budget savings by reducing the cost of staff maintenance. The customer pays only for the actual working hours of the specialist.

2. Contact our manager to select the specialists you need. 

The minimum rental period is two calendar months. The hourly rate of the specialist will be fixed for the selected work period.

Outstaffing involves renting specialists only on a full-time basis. If you want to hire an IT employee part-time, the rate will be higher. The minimum amount of time for purchase is 40 hours. To order part-time, submit a request to the manager.

Every month we:

  • generate a set of reporting documents,
  • send it through the electronic document management system or in paper form,
  • issue an invoice for the services.

You verify the accuracy of the amount and transfer it from your company's account to the bank details specified in our document. 

An outstaff specialist is your full-fledged employee. Conduct onboarding, introduce them to the project and the team. Provide them with all necessary access, include them in internal processes, and assign the optimal workload.

The rented specialist is a member of your team. You independently assign tasks, interact on work issues, and control the results. If you encounter any disagreements with the new employee, inform our manager.

We will resolve the situation and/or find a suitable replacement. 

Yes. You can conduct an online interview with a skills assessment and assign a small test task.

An outstaff specialist, like any regular employee, needs to immerse themselves in the work process. They need to get acquainted with the project, study the documentation, and establish internal communication.

If the work speed does not increase after onboarding, we recommend updating the task pool or giving additional time for adaptation. You can also contact us for a reasoned replacement.
