For project development, we form the team independently, but for outstaffing, you can:

The final cost of the services provided depends on the chosen cooperation format.

1. For outstaffing, the cost is calculated using the formula:

Specialist rate × Number of working hours in a month

The minimum rental period is 1 month.

2. If you need an IT specialist on an hourly basis, the cost is calculated using the formula:

Specialist rate × Number of hours worked

In this case, the fixed rate is 2600 RUB/hour.

The first minimum order is 40 hours.

To get an estimate for your project, submit a request on the website or contact us. 

When ordering comprehensive development, we divide the tasks into stages and provide reports for each one. Sprint tracking is conducted in our ERP system. We are ready to connect you to it so you can see the entire workflow.

You monitor the work of the outstaffed employee independently. Connect them to your task manager and introduce them to your reporting system. Each month, we generate and send you our report with data on the specialist's output.

1. Fill out the form on the website or send us your request on Telegram. To simplify the introductory stage and move to project estimation, prepare what you have available:

  • Technical specification or your vision of your product's functionality;
  • References to competitor platforms and services;
  • Design mockups;
  • Project deadline;
  • Approximate budget.

If the request is for support or improvement of an existing web resource, access to the source code will be required (after signing an NDA).

We will process the request within a business day and contact you to clarify the details.

2. We will conduct a preliminary analysis and audit of the product.

3. We will organize an online meeting with you to discuss the project and possible implementation. After agreeing on the work, we will sign a contract and start executing the tasks. 

There are always risks in development that are identified during project analysis and may affect deadlines. Taking these into account, we create sprints with a time buffer. However, some problems cannot be foreseen in advance.

For example, when integrating third-party services via API, there may be issues with their documentation. Also, our clients often have new ideas during development, and implementing them requires additional time.

In any case, we will inform you of any difficulties and suggest solutions. If the delay is our fault, we take full responsibility for the risks. 

If you have budget constraints, let us know at the initial stage. We will select the most optimal solution for you.

For example, it is not necessary to implement all the desired functionality of the platform immediately. You can start with developing an MVP—the first version of the product with core functions. Then, gradually refine and expand it in the Time & Material format. This option will reduce the initial costs of launching a working product into production and allow you to pay for development services gradually.

However, we cannot rule out the possibility of exceeding the budget due to the risks described in the previous question.
