Vehicle owners submit applications, and once approved, they can receive assistance for warranty-related issues.</p><h2 class="">CLIENT'S PAIN POINTS</h2><p>Controlling a distributor network within a single city is already a challenging task. When it comes to a country-scale operation, it requires not only incredible physical capabilities but also a multitude of tools for tracking warranty sales, contract management, and statistics tracking. Additionally, maintaining constant communication with retailers, responding promptly to inquiries, and keeping them informed of changes is crucial.</p><p>The Karso team decided to expedite and simplify their business processes by transitioning them into an electronic system. We thoroughly examined how the technical warranty service for automobiles was implemented and delivered. Together with the company's representatives, we devised the structure for interactions with distributors and customers to create the program. For visitors to the marketplace, there is a property filter, allowing them not only to see the cost, deal terms, and interior but also to send multiple requests directly on the site and add venues to their favorites. For venue owners, the platform offers the opportunity to list their space and advertise on the online platform to attract potential customers.</p><h2 class="">CLIENT'S PAIN POINT</h2><p>Bash Today is an excellent example of a constantly evolving, successful project. It has been on the market since 2015 and does not stagnate. However, keeping up with the times is not easy. A lot of effort needs to be directed in various areas, often hindered by numerous routine tasks. For instance, prolonged personal communication about placement with a venue manager or the preparation of financial reports. We began by immersing ourselves in the inner workings and strategy of the ongoing project to support and refine the existing features.</p><ol><li>We developed a new extensive advertising section and an advertiser's personal account. With its help, it was possible to purchase advertising services on the site. For instance, you could buy a premium account, elevate your company's card higher in the search output, or order a video tour for your venue/service.</li><li>In 2022, a law came into force in Russia requiring mandatory online advertising marking. It must be registered in a unified registry and marked with a unique token. For this, we implemented an automatic system that collected all necessary information when purchasing advertising and sent it to the ORD (advertising data operator).</li><li>For the convenience of generating accounting documents, we introduced automated bill extraction.</li><li>We implemented a ranking system for the properties based on their rating. This ranking depends on the number of sales in a month, the response speed of the manager to the client, reviews, and other indicators.</li><li>We took part in updating the site for CRM integration. There was a complete replacement of the frontend and backend parts while retaining the current business process logic.</li></ol><p>In addition to the developments, we held conferences with the team and the direct clients of the service: users, advertisers, and venue owners. We presented the new features and explained the nuances of their operations, as well as showcased the benefits and advantages they would bring.</p><h2 class="">RESULTS</h2><p>1. We aligned it with PSR standards and architected it to be minimally tied to the current framework, allowing for a seamless transition to a more up-to-date version. We introduced a case-based system where one class corresponds to one action.</p><p class="">Our primary development focus was on the room booking widget.&nbsp;</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/12q.png"></p><p class="">Creating the recommendation system required a deep dive into the company's business processes. To select the most suitable venues, we had to employ combinatorial techniques. Thanks to these techniques, we were able to implement a seemingly straightforward yet highly functional widget. With its help, users can input data into filters and choose a place for their leisure based on distance from the starting point, dates, price, photos, and room options.</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 1501.png"></p><p class="">The room allocation algorithm is based on the knapsack problem: fitting as many key criteria as possible into a limited space. The priority for room assignments is determined by the ratio of adults to children. For example, 2 adults and 2 children would require 1 double bed and 2 single beds. In some hotels, there is an option for users of the service to add an extra bed. The cost calculation is not solely based on the total number of people but also takes into account the age of the guests. Pricing for children and age restrictions can be configured in the administrative part of the system.</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 1502.png"></p><p class="">After selecting the hotel and rooms, users are presented with additional services available at the leisure venue, such as a sauna, dining options, excursions, equipment rentals, and more. These services are independently added by partners through their personal accounts.</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 1503.png"></p><p class="">The system includes functionality for accepting online payments. After selecting a room, users are given 60 minutes to make a deposit amounting to 50% of the total accommodation cost. Upon a successful payment transaction, a booking confirmation is sent to the contact details provided by the user.</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 1504.png"></p><p class="">The room booking widget itself is implemented using Vue.js as a separate application. We've created a modern API for it following the REST specification. It's designed not only to be easily integrated into any internet resource but also to allow for customization of its appearance. For example, if a partner wants to add the widget to their website, they can:

Нашей основной разработкой стал виджет бронирования номеров.&nbsp;</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/12q.png"></p><p class="">Выстраивание системы рекомендаций потребовало глубокого погружения в бизнес-процессы компании. Для того чтобы подобрать наиболее подходящие места, нам пришлось применить приемы комбинаторики. За счет них удалось реализовать с виду простой, но довольно функциональный виджет. С его помощью пользователь вводит данные в фильтр и выбирает место для своего отдыха по расстоянию от точки отправки, датам, цене, фото и номерам.</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 1501.png"></p><p class="">Алгоритм распределения номеров создан на основе задачи о рюкзаках: уложили как можно больше главных критериев в ограниченное пространство. Приоритетность расположения в комнатах по спальным местам отталкивается от соотношения количества взрослых и детей. Например, 2 взрослых и 2 ребенка – это 1 двуспальная и 2 односпальные кровати. В некоторых отелях есть возможность для пользователей сервиса внести дополнительную койку. Расчет стоимости сделан не только исходя от общего количества людей, но и с учетом возраста гостей. Настройка цены на детей и установка ограничений по годам осуществляются в административной части.&nbsp;</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 1502.png"></p><p class="">После выбора самого отеля и номеров идет предложение о дополнительных услугах на территории отдыха: баня, сауна, питание, экскурсии, прокат инвентаря и прочее. Они размещаются партнерами самостоятельно через личные кабинеты.</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 1503.png"></p><p class="">В системе реализован функционал приема онлайн платежей. После подбора номера пользователю дается 60 минут на внесение депозита в размере 50% от стоимости проживания. При успешном переводе средств придет подтверждение брони на указанные данные для связи.</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 1504.png"></p><p class="">Сам виджет бронирования реализован на Vue как отдельное приложение. Для него был создан современный API в соответствии со спецификацией REST. Мы разработали его так, чтобы можно было не только внедрять в любой интернет-ресурс, но и кастомизировать ее оформление. Например, если партнер хочет добавить виджет на свой сайт, то он:</p><ul><li>заходит в личный кабинет,

During this time, one of the project developers managed to improve his skills from Middle+ to Senior level, having mastered the DDD (domain-driven design) methodology.</p><p class="">To solve the primary tasks, we developed Yii2 microservices to parse price lists and automated translation of names into a foreign language. We created a convenient marking system with the ability to return unused codes. Using the API, we established a relationship with the store and the AliExpress delivery system.</p><p class="">In addition to the above, warehouse modules, carts, work with the Avito and Yandex Market marketplaces were created. But over time, we made a fairly deep reformat and refactoring of the code. We made it clean, easily extensible, and compliant with PSR standards. We made a smooth transition from PHP 5.6 to 7.3.</p><p class="">Optimized work with database indexes and got rid of unnecessary queries, added an automatic testing system. All this significantly improved the speed of the site on all devices and reduced the load on the server.</p><p class="">At the same time, we created a separate constructor for landings, which host promotions and offers of the company.</p><h2 class="">INTEGRATION AND IMPLEMENTATION</h2><p class="">Along with the support of the online store, we were given the task of improving and developing accounting and reporting systems. On the one hand, it is necessary to simplify the control over the goods for the employee, on the other hand, the processing, payment and delivery of the order for the buyer. To do this, we made API integration with external systems for accounting, control, payment and transportation of goods.</p><p class="">Another important area is customer engagement and retention. In order for the brand to build long-term relationships with the buyer, we implemented a loyalty program based on an external CRM. Внедрение в сервис системы лояльности.&nbsp;<br></li></ul><h2 class="">РЕШЕНИЯ</h2><p class=""><b></b></p><p class="">2016 год стал началом долгосрочного сотрудничества с интернет-магазином Mascotte, имеющим филиалы по всей России и предоставляющим возможность забронировать товар в оффлайн-салонах.</p><h2 class="">ТЕХПОДДЕРЖКА И ДОРАБОТКА</h2><p class="">Изначально мы занимались обслуживанием сайта и расширением функционала для решения актуальных бизнес-задач компании. Но со временем произвели достаточно глубокий реформат и рефакторинг кода. Сделали его чистым, легко расширяемым и соответствующим стандартам PSR. Осуществили плавный переход с версии PHP 5.6 на 7.3.</p><p class="">Оптимизировали работу с индексами базы данных и избавились от лишних запросов. Добавили систему автоматического тестирования. Все это в разы улучшило скорость сайта на всех устройствах и снизило нагрузку на сервер.</p><p class="">
Вместе с тем создали отдельный конструктор для лендингов, на которых размещаются акции и предложения от компании.<br></p><h2 class="">ИНТЕГРАЦИЯ И ВНЕДРЕНИЕ</h2><p class="">Наряду с поддержкой интернет-магазина перед нами были поставлены задачи по улучшению и разработке учетных и отчетных систем. С одной стороны, надо упростить контроль за товаром для сотрудника, с другой – обработку, оплату и доставку заказа для покупателя. Для этого мы сделали API-интеграцию с внешними системами учета, контроля, оплаты и транспортировки товара.</p><p class="">Еще одно важное направление – деятельность по вовлечению и удержанию клиента. Чтобы бренд мог выстроить долгосрочные отношения с покупателем, мы внедрили программу лояльности на основе внешней CRM.
