</h2><p>The company has been providing installation services and connecting the Internet, TV, and telephony in Moscow and the Moscow region for over 20 years. It successfully competes in the provider market and is expanding its intra-regional service supply. To implement its strategy, it gradually digitizes business processes and transfers them to web platforms.</p><p>Initially, the provider came to us for enhancements to their website's client portal. After configuring the portal's functionality, we learned that the company had more significant issues related to the lack of automation in request processing.</p><h2 class="">WE UNDERSTOOD THEIR PAIN
</h2><p>All incoming client requests were registered by operators in an off-the-shelf version of Excel. In this program, they also searched for available time slots for specialists and the team that would perform the connection and/or installation work.</p><p>It took about 30 minutes for a manager to log an incoming request, find an available slot, assign a team, and manage the logistics. Moreover, to get up-to-date information on the field employees’ schedules, the operator constantly had to request an updated Excel file.</p><p>It's hardly necessary to dwell on the drawbacks and inconvenience of using software unsuitable for business purposes, so we immediately set to work.</p><h2 class="">WE SET THE PROJECT GOAL

</h2><p>Since the only reference for the future ERP system was an Excel table, we conducted thorough briefings with the provider to delve into work processes and details. We found that the most challenging aspect would be the algorithm for allocating orders to teams and setting routes. However, this would address a significant portion of the company’s needs.

</p><p>Our priority when working with the ERP system was the operator's convenience. To ensure the specialist didn’t miss any important points and could immediately provide the client with a choice of date and time, we created a request acceptance template.</p><p>In it, the employee not only logs the primary information about the service order but also immediately schedules it by finding a suitable available slot. The schedule already accounts for the time required to provide the service, which is predetermined based on the company’s experience.

After edits, the system reminds the operator to notify the client and logs the changes in a separate modification table.
</p><h3 class="">CURRENT REQUESTS AND ROUTE</h3><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 228.png"><br></p><p>All service orders are displayed in the "Requests" section. The main page lists the current jobs that need to be completed by the team. In addition to client data and the time interval, there is a Google map showing the navigation from the office to the client's address. It opens when the team is selected. It even considers that for certain types of work, it is necessary to contact the management company and pick up the key to the panel.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 225.png"><br></p><p>To draw the route, the system takes into account the availability of specialists, their work schedule, and the distance from the client’s home/office. A complex allocation algorithm ensures the accuracy of the calculations.</p><p>This algorithm also prevents requests from being assigned to employees who cannot fulfill them and suggests the team that is geographically closest to the order location. If nearby specialists are busy, the workload is redistributed, offering other contractors as options.</p><p>The action mechanism is designed to maximize the operator's efficiency and minimize human error. </p><p>Entering and storing information in the ERP is a critical part of the order allocation algorithm. The database informs the system about the types and features of tasks, employee schedules, addresses, and contacts of residential complexes (ZHK), dispatch services, and management companies (UK). Data can be created, edited, and deleted. Changes will update schedules, services, and routes.
</p><h3 class="">API
</h3><p>The provider planned to integrate the system with its website and third-party services that receive requests. Therefore, our final ERP refinement included methods and functionality for integrating the system with other platforms.
</p><h2 class="">WE TESTED THE SYSTEM
ERP </h2><p>is an internal company system, so testing was done on both sides. Initially, our team checked the correctness of the functional calculations, after which the provider tested the platform’s behavior in operation. Additionally, we connected a debug panel to catch emerging errors. Developers monitored failures during the implementation of new features and promptly made adjustments, refining the program to perfection.
</p><h2 class="">WE ACHIEVED THE RESULT
</h2><p>Despite the lack of a technical specification, we managed to collaborate productively with the company in a Time &amp; Material format. This allowed us to deeply understand the client's business and offer the tool they needed.&nbsp;</p><p>The system's specialized functionality automated request processing, speeding it up tenfold. The well-thought-out algorithm also helped streamline the company's logistics and reduce time spent on route calculations.
</p><p>For six years now, the Moscow provider has been using the ERP system we developed, only encountering Excel files when exporting data from the system.&nbsp;<br></p>

Изначально провайдер пришел к нам с доработкой личного кабинета клиента на сайте. После настройки функционала ЛК мы узнали, что у компании есть более глобальные проблемы, которые связаны с отсутствием автоматизации в обработке заявок. </p><h2 class="">

Все поступающие клиентские заявки операторы регистрировали в коробочной версии Excel. В этой же программе они искали свободное время специалистов и саму бригаду, которая выполнит подключение и/или монтажные работы.&nbsp;</p><p>На занесение одного входящего запроса, поиск «‎окошка», исполнителя и логистику дальнейших действий тратилось ~30 минут менеджера. Более того, чтобы получить актуальную информацию о расписании выездных сотрудников, оператор постоянно запрашивал обновленный Excel-файл.

Здесь даже излишне рассуждать о недостатках и неудобстве работы в неподходящем для бизнеса ПО, поэтому мы сразу взялись за дело. </p><h2 class="">

Чтобы специалист не упустил ни одного важного пункта и сразу мог предоставить клиенту выбор даты и времени, мы создали шаблон приема заявок. </p><p>

В нем сотрудник не только фиксирует основную информацию по заказу услуги, но и сразу ставит ее в график, найдя подходящий свободный слот. Расписание уже учитывает время на оказание услуги, которое заранее прописано исходя из опыта компании.
</p><h3 class="">РАЗДЕЛ «УПРАВЛЕНИЕ»&nbsp;</h3><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 224.png"><br></p><p>Заявки можно редактировать: переносить на другое время, исправлять данные, добавлять и убирать работы. После правок система напоминает об оповещении клиента и фиксирует корректировки в отдельной таблице изменений. </p><h3 class="">    
ТЕКУЩИЕ ЗАЯВКИ И МАРШРУТ</h3><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 228.png"><br></p><p>Все заказы услуг отображаются в разделе «Заявки». На главной странице находятся записи об актуальных работах, которые надо выполнить бригаде. Помимо данных о клиенте и хронологического интервала, здесь же расположена Google-карта с навигацией движения из офиса до адреса заказчика. Открывается она при выборе бригады-подрядчика. В ней учитывается даже то, что для определенных видов работ требуется связаться с УК и заехать за ключом от щитка.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 225.png"><br></p><p>Чтобы нарисовать маршрут, система берет в расчет занятость специалистов, их рабочий график и расстояние от дома/офиса клиента. За правильность вычислений отвечает сложный алгоритм распределения. </p><p>

Он же не дает назначить заявку на сотрудников, у которых нет возможности ее выполнить, и предлагает ту бригаду, что будет находиться географически ближе к месту заказа. Но если специалисты вблизи заняты, то перераспределяет нагрузку и предоставляет выбор из других подрядчиков. </p><p>

Механизм действий выстроен так, чтобы максимально ускорить работу оператора и минимизировать при этом человеческий фактор ошибки. Ему фактически не приходится думать о логистике самому.</p><h3 class="">РЕЛЯЦИОННАЯ БАЗА ДАННЫХ</h3><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 226.png"><br></p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 227.png"><br></p><p>Занесение и хранение информации в ERP –  важная часть для алгоритма распределения заявок. Именно БД сообщает системе о видах и особенностях работ, расписании сотрудников, адресах и контакты ЖК, диспетчерских, УК. Данные можно создавать, редактировать и удалять. При правках будут меняться график, услуги и маршруты. </p><h3 class="">
API </h3><p>   
Провайдер планировал настроить взаимодействие со своим сайтом и сторонними сервисами, через которые поступают заявки. Поэтому последней нашей доработкой ERP стали методы и функционал для интеграции системы с другими платформами. </p><h2 class="">
ПРОТЕСТИРОВАЛИ СИСТЕМУ
</h2><p>ERP – это внутренняя система компании, поэтому тестирование проходило с обеих сторон. Первоначально наша команда изучала корректность расчетов функционала, после чего провайдер проверял поведение платформы в работе. Дополнительно мы подсоединили дебаг-панель, которая вылавливает всплывающие ошибки. Благодаря этому разработчики отслеживали сбои при внедрении новых функций и оперативно вносили правки, доводя программу до идеала.
</p><h2 class="">ПРИШЛИ К РЕЗУЛЬТАТУ
</h2><p>Несмотря на отсутствие технического задания, мы смогли продуктивно сотрудничать с компанией в формате Time &amp; Material. Он позволил нам глубоко погрузиться в бизнес заказчика и предложить тот инструмент, что был ему нужен.</p><p>
Узкий и профильный функционал системы автоматизировал обработку заявок и ускорил ее в 10 раз. Продуманный алгоритм также помог настроить логистику компании и сократить время на просчет маршрута.

Уже 6 лет московский провайдер использует разработанную нами ERP, встречаясь с Excel-файлами только при экспорте данных из нее.

</h2><p>The client is a car dealership selling products of a well-known luxury brand. The company values its market reputation, service quality, and customer experience. To enhance loyalty and sales, the retailer continuously improves internal processes.&nbsp;</p><p>The dealership has a call center providing information and transferring some incoming calls to sales managers. However, managers might already be engaged with clients or be away from the office.</p><p>To improve response times, the company decided to monitor the work phones of its employees. They approached us to develop and implement a system that would provide information about the current location of the managers and their availability to answer client calls.</p><h2 class="">WE HAVE SET THE PROJECT GOAL

</li><li>Ensure the application operates seamlessly in the background.</li></ul><h2 class="">A MINOR DIFFICULTY AROSE</h2><p>With each new version, Android developers aim to optimize devices and extend their lifespan. To conserve resources, they restrict CPU usage and Internet connectivity when the phone is locked. This halts third-party utility processes and hinders data transmission.</p><p>At the time of our software development, there were no current guidelines for configuring Android APIs to ensure uninterrupted application operation. We created a unique mechanism to enable the dealership’s mobile application to function fully in the background and maintain a constant connection with the call center dashboard.</p><h2 class="">WE FOUND SOLUTIONS AND THIS IS WHAT WE DID
</h2><p>Our phone monitoring system comprises two products: the call center's web platform and the mobile application. Operators log into the website to access the informational dashboard, while managers enter the system via login and password in the application.&nbsp;</p><p>Once the software is launched on a monitor, the call center employee sees the data transmitted by the mobile service and decides to whom to redirect the call based on this information.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 208 (1).jpg"><br></p><p>The mobile application's external functionality is user-friendly. During work, managers select/change their online status: “office,” “on the road,” or “at home.” With a stable Internet connection, their current location is displayed on the call center's dashboard. If the specialist is on the phone, the system automatically updates to "talking"; if not, it shows "available." The operator checks the statuses and availability of managers and redirects the calling client to the one ready to answer.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 206 (2).png"><br></p><p>Hidden functions ensure the application runs in the background and pings the dealership’s server. We developed a mechanism consisting of three processes that sequentially check the connection's stability and monitor each other's activity. If one detects a disconnect from the dashboard or a pause in the others, it automatically restarts the inactive functionality.</p><h2 class="">HOW WE TESTED THE SYSTEM</h2><p><span style="font-size: 1rem;">For mobile software testing, the dealership provided a corporate phone. However, to set up the functionality, we wanted to test it on different models and Android versions, so we used the smartphones of nearly the entire team and their close relatives.</span><br></p><h2 class="">WHAT RESULTED OUT</h2><p>In 1.5 months, the car dealership received an apparently simple but effective monitoring system. It solved the dealership's primary issue: improved managers' response times and enhanced customer service. Now, the call center operator is aware of the specialists' availability and transfers calls only to free employees.&nbsp;<br></p>

Для того чтобы улучшить скорость ответов, компания решила мониторить рабочие телефоны сотрудников. </li></ul><h2 class="">ВОЗНИКЛИ НЕБОЛЬШИЕ ТРУДНОСТИ</h2><p>С каждой новой версией разработчики OC Android стремятся оптимизировать устройство и продлить его срок службы. Для сохранности ресурсов они ограничивают работу процессора и подключение к Интернету при блокировке телефона. Это в свою очередь ставит на «стоп» процессы сторонних утилит и создает препятствие для передачи данных.</p><p>На момент разработки нашего ПО не было ни одной актуальной регламентации по настройке API Android для бесперебойной работы приложения. Мы создали свой уникальный механизм, чтобы заставить мобильное приложение автодилера полноценно функционировать в фоне и постоянно удерживать коннект с дашбордом call-центра.</p><h2 class="">НАШЛИ РЕШЕНИЯ И ВОТ ЧТО СДЕЛАЛИ</h2><p>Наша система мониторинга рабочих телефонов состоит из двух продуктов: веб-платформы call-центра и мобильного приложения. Операторы авторизуются на сайте и получают доступ к информационному дашборду, а менеджеры заходят в систему через ввод логина и пароля в приложении. 
Запустив ПО на мониторе, сотрудник call-центра видит данные, передаваемые мобильным сервисом, и на их основе решает, кому из специалистов переадресовать вызов.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 208 (1).jpg"><br></p><p>Внешний функционал мобильного приложения интуитивно понятен. Менеджер во время работы выбирает/меняет свой online-статус: «офис», «на выезде» или «дома». При стабильном Интернет-соединении его актуальное местонахождение отображается на дашборде call-центра. Если специалист общается по телефону, то в систему автоматически поступает информация «разговаривает», если нет – «свободен». Оператор просматривает статусы и занятость менеджеров и перенаправляет позвонившего клиента на того, кто готов ответить.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 206 (2).png"><br></p><p>Невидимые пользователю функции направлены на то, чтобы приложение работало в фоне и пинговалось с сервером автоцентра. Для этого мы разработали механизм, состоящий из трех процессов. Они поочередно проверяют стабильность соединения и контролируют активность друг друга. Если один из них заметит дисконнект с дашбордом или приостановку остальных процессов, то автоматически перезапустит неактивный функционал.</p><h2 class="">КАК ТЕСТИРОВАЛИ СИСТЕМУ</h2><p>

Для тестирования мобильного ПО автоцентр предоставил корпоративный телефон. Но при настройке функционала мы хотели испытать его на разных моделях и версиях Android, поэтому задействовали смартфоны почти всей команды и ее близких родственников.</p><h2 class="">ЧТО ПОЛУЧИЛОСЬ В РЕЗУЛЬТАТЕ</h2><p>За 1,5 месяца компания автодилера приобрела на первый взгляд простую, но эффективную систему мониторинга. Она закрыла главную задачу автодилера: повысила скорость ответов менеджеров и улучшила клиентский сервис. Теперь оператор call-центра знает о занятости специалистов и перенаправляет звонки только свободным сотрудникам.&nbsp;<br></p>

</h2><p>The client is the owner of a cosmetics manufacturing facility in Korea and a beauty store chain, holding the third position in its niche in the Russian market. The retailer actively harnesses digital promotion opportunities, considering the demands of the target audience and segment trends.&nbsp;</p><p>Client representatives reached out to us in early 2023. Initially, they were interested solely in evaluating a new brand website. After receiving the proposal, they took a break for several months and returned with a different project – an online quiz for cosmetics selection. Backend</h3><p>Another issue was the uncertainty regarding catalog search filters: searching by whole word, description, or product property. The client initially overlooked this aspect, so we assisted in choosing and configuring filters for convenient cosmetics search.

After selecting, converting, and cropping, we optimized photo and video content for proper display on various desktop and mobile devices. We also coded components so that illustrations scale proportionally regardless of the screen size.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 182.jpg"><br></p><p>We used the Skeleton placeholder to display the interface structure when opening the page. Thanks to this, site visitors immediately see the layout of elements and part of the content that gradually loads. Skeleton helps minimize the number of users leaving the page since they don't have to wait for its full loading.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 183.jpg"><br></p><p>Simultaneously with frontend development, we created functionality for the main page, "Blog", "About Us", "FAQ", "Where to Buy", and other sections. We designed an intuitively understandable admin panel for these functionalities, including navigation through sections and templates. This panel allows the client to independently fill in product cards, post, and edit informational content.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 184.jpg"><br></p><p>We implemented the SPA (Single Page Application) architecture in development, which doesn't require a full page refresh when navigating to another page. Upon opening the website, the browser loads all the code immediately, displaying only a specific module with content. When a user opens a new page, the browser utilizes the already loaded data and continues displaying it, changing only the content block. This creates an instant loading effect without flickering or waiting.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 185.jpg"><br></p><p>We implemented two ways to search for beauty products: by popular tags and through manual input of words. A selection of cosmetic products is displayed as soon as the first three letters are typed, formed based on data from product names, descriptions, and tags. The longer the entered word, the shorter and more accurate the list of cosmetics becomes.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 186.jpg"><br></p><p>We took into account the client's preferences and set up a native product recommendation system. On the home page, we placed a quiz for selecting cosmetic products. Upon completing the quiz, the user receives a list of suitable products. For blog readers, we integrated a module into articles that suggests products relevant to the content's theme.

RESULT
</h2><p>
The platform's original design captures the visitor's attention from the moment it opens. Fast loading, engaging video design, changing illustrations when hovering over them, recommendations through search, quizzes, and articles – everything is meticulously thought out, considering trends and the target audience's desires.

This cosmetic brand website is already the client's second project with us. The third project is on the horizon, soon transitioning from active development to the testing phase.&nbsp;<br></p>

Благодаря ему посетитель сайта сразу видит расположение элементов и часть контента, который постепенно добавляется. При открытии сайта браузер загружает сразу весь код, показывая только определенный модуль с контентом. Когда пользователь открывает новую страницу, браузер берет уже загруженные данные и продолжает их отображение, меняя блок с контентом. Это создает эффект моментальной загрузки: без мелькания и ожидания.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Desktop - 185.jpg"><br></p><p>Реализовали два способа по поиску нужного бьюти-товара: по популярным запросам-тегам и через ручной ввод слов. Подборка косметических средств выдается при наборе первых трех букв и формируется по данным из названия, описания и тегов продуктов. На home page разместили квиз по подбору косметических средств, пройдя который, пользователь получает список подходящей ему продукции. Оригинальный вид платформы захватывает внимание посетителя с самого открытия. Быстрая загрузка, оживляющие дизайн видео, смена иллюстраций при наведении курсором, рекомендации через поиск, квиз, статьи – все продумано до мелочей, учитывает тренды и желания ЦА. </p><p>

</p><p class="">PROJECT COST: &gt; 2.5 million rubles&nbsp;</p><h2 class="">ABOUT THE PROJECT</h2><p class="">Our client's Medical Information System (MIS) is a high-load digital platform, serving as an automated workspace for healthcare professionals. Within the system, doctors create patient records and maintain the history of their interactions. Information is stored in secure databases and is accessible only to medical institutions in the city connected to the MIS.</p><p class="">In addition to doctors, various medical staff from different departments and categories utilize the platform. Each user role in the MIS has a personalized interface and functionalities. For example, when a doctor issues a patient referral for tests in their personal cabinet, a laboratory technician, upon entering their own dashboard, sees and confirms this appointment. Upon completion, they input the results into the system, immediately reflected in the patient's record managed through the doctor's account.</p><p class="">The MIS has already been implemented in organizations across 30+ regions of Russia. Over 100 IT specialists from different cities are involved in the development and maintenance of this digital system. It's a complex project with teams assigned to specific areas of responsibility. Our department comprises 10 specialists: project owner, two analysts, team leader, four developers, and two testers.</p><h2 class="">GOAL
</h2><p class="">Enhance the performance and functionality of the Medical Information System.

PRIMARY TASKS
</h2><ol><li>
Provide technical support for the Medical Information System (MIS) with the development and enhancement of automation functionality for form completion, data transmission, sending referrals, and tracking risks during and after pregnancy.
</li><li>Modify and create modules for the frontend and backend sections of the "Assisted Reproductive Technologies" subsystem of the system.</li></ol><h2 class="">SYSTEM TECHNICAL SUPPORT</h2><p class="">Work on the project strictly follows specifications and deadlines. A sprint is formed every two weeks, and its approval goes through analysts, methodologists, and the team lead. Once our solutions to the assigned tasks are ready, they undergo phased redirection from the team lead to the tester, then to analysts, the project owner, and enter regression testing. Afterward, they are implemented on the platform.</p><p class="">
The fifteen-year-old digital system has its peculiarities. Major changes cannot be made to it to avoid serious code compatibility conflicts. It has old and new interfaces on two versions of the ExtJS framework, and the created code must consider the features of different revisions. In addition, the platform has several databases, and working with them requires independently crafting queries. Despite the project's complexities, we have closed around 70 tasks for fixing and implementing functional capabilities in the MIS, including:</p><ul><li>Automatic completion of the pregnant woman's questionnaire based on previously specified diagnoses.
</li><li>Calculation of newborn risk.
</li><li>Development of consents and refusals for neonatal screening (NS) and expanded neonatal screening (ENS).
</li><li>Autofill data from the outcome form of pregnancy and the medical certificate of child birth for NS/ENS referrals.
</li><li>Sending notifications about critical obstetric conditions to healthcare workers.
</li><li>Calculation of pregnant women's risk in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of Russia No.<span style="font-size: 1rem;">1130n and setting risk indicators in the pregnant woman's questionnaire.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p class="">We also corrected the logic of interaction with an external service and resolved dependency issues on it. After successful implementations of the developed solutions, we were entrusted with the subsection of the MIS - Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART). It contains functionality for obstetricians, gynecologists, and other specialists in clinics where ART is performed to achieve pregnancy in cases of infertility.</p><p class="">ENHANCED ART SYSTEM
</p><p class="">The doctor transitions to the ART (Assisted Reproductive Technologies) subsection only after examining the patient and, if necessary, prescribing treatment for infertility. Initially, the doctor logs into their personal cabinet, creates an electronic patient record, or finds it in the system. Next, they initiate a case of inpatient or outpatient treatment, fill out a form with the patient's complaints, and gather medical history. Based on the collected data, the doctor assigns an appropriate diagnosis and prescribes tests.</p><p class="">&nbsp;<img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 13213153e.png"></p><p class="">Within the digital system, the test assignment is transferred to the laboratory. Later, the results are returned, and the doctor can establish a more accurate diagnosis at the next appointment. If, based on the research results, the patient is allowed to undergo ART, the doctor creates a corresponding specification. In it, they fill in fields about prescribed procedures, indications, limitations, and contraindications.</p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 13213153q.png"><br></p><p class=""><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Next, the patient's consent to ART and information about the decision made by the council of doctors are recorded in the protocol. After filling out and saving the form in the system, a plan with stages of medical care appears on the screen. The visual and sequential management of the patient in the MIS (Medical Information System) simplifies the doctor's control over prescribed medications and the course of changes. They can promptly identify deteriorations and make adjustments to the treatment, which continues until the stage of diagnosing pregnancy. After that, information about ART will be available when examining the pregnant patient by any registered obstetrician-gynecologist in the MIS.</span></p><p class=""><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 13213153e.png"><span style="font-size: 1rem;"><br></span></p><p class="">RESULTS
</p><p class="">In 8 months of collaboration, we have successfully addressed approximately 70 tasks to enhance the functional capabilities of the Medical Information System (MIS), which is implemented in institutions across 30+ regions of the Russian Federation.

Despite the complexity and scale of the project, we have seamlessly integrated the ART (Assisted Reproductive Technologies) subsection into the platform, meeting the requirements of our client.

Она представляет собой автоматизированное рабочее место сотрудника здравоохранения. В системе врач заводит карту пациента и ведет историю взаимодействия с ним. Информация хранится в закрытых базах данных и доступна только медучреждениям города, подключенным к МИС.</p><p> 
Помимо врачей платформу используют медицинские сотрудники разных подразделений и категорий. У каждой пользовательской роли в МИС персональный интерфейс и возможности. Если в своем личном кабинете доктор ставит пациенту направление на анализы, то лаборант, зайдя в ЛК, видит и подтверждает это назначение, а по завершении вносит в систему его результаты. Они сразу же отражаются в карточке пациента, которая ведется через аккаунт доктора. </p><p>  

МИС уже внедрена в организации 30+ регионов России. Разработкой и поддержкой цифровой системы занимается более 100 IT-специалистов из разных городов. Это сложный проект, в рамках которого есть разделение на команды со своей зоной ответственности. Коллектив нашего направления состоит из 10 специалистов: владельца проекта, двух аналитиков, тимлида, четырех разработчиков и двух тестировщиков.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="">ЦЕЛЬ

Изменение и создание модулей frontend и backend-частей подраздела системы «Вспомогательные репродуктивные технологии».</li></ol><h2 class="">ТЕХПОДДЕРЖКА СИСТЕМЫ
</h2><p>Работа на проекте ведется строго по техзаданиям и срокам. Раз в две недели формируется спринт, согласование которого проходит через аналитиков, методологов и тимлида. Когда наши решения поставленных задач готовы, они тоже поэтапно перенаправляются от тимлида к тестировщику, потом к аналитикам, владельцу проекта и переходят в регрессионное тестирование. После этого их реализуют на платформе.</p><p>
Пятнадцатилетняя цифровая система имеет свои особенности. В нее нельзя вносить глобальные изменения, чтобы не вызвать серьезные конфликты совместимости кода. У нее есть старый и новый интерфейсы на двух версиях фреймворка ExtJS, и созданный код должен учитывать особенности разных ревизий. Вдобавок у платформы несколько баз данных, при работе с которыми надо самостоятельно прописывать запросы. Несмотря на сложности проекта мы закрыли около 70 задач по исправлению и внедрению функциональных возможностей МИС, среди которых:

автоматическое заполнение анкеты беременной на основе ранее указанных диагнозов,
</li><li>расчет риска новорожденного,</li><li>
разработка согласий и отказов на неонатальный скрининг (НС) и расширенный неонатальный скрининг (РНС),
</li><li>автозаполнение данными из формы исхода беременной и медицинского свидетельства о рождении ребенка для направлений на НС/РНС,
</li><li>отправка извещений о критическом акушерском состоянии медицинским работникам,
</li><li>расчет риска беременной в соответствии с приказом Минздрава России № 1130н и установка индикаторов риска в анкете беременной.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Мы также исправили логику взаимодействия со сторонним сервисом и устранили проблемы зависимости от него. После успешных реализаций разработанных решений нам доверили подраздел МИС – вспомогательные репродуктивные технологий (ВРТ). Он содержит функционал для акушеров, гинекологов и других специалистов клиник, в которых проводят ВРТ с целью достижения беременности при бесплодии.</p><h2 class="">ДОРАБОТАННАЯ СИСТЕМА ВРТ
</h2><p>Врач переходит в подраздел ВРТ только после обследования пациентки и при необходимости лечения бесплодия. Изначально доктор заходит в свой ЛК, создает электронную карту больного или находит ее в системе. Далее он заводит случай стационарного или амбулаторного лечения, заполняет форму с жалобами пациентки и собирает анамнез. На основе полученных данных выставляет соответствующий диагноз и назначает сдачу анализов.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 13213153w.png"><br></p><p>В рамках цифровой системы назначение на анализы передается в лабораторию. Позже от нее возвращается результат, и врач уже на следующем приеме может выставить более точный диагноз. Если по результатам исследований пациентке разрешается проводить ВРТ, то врач создает соответствующую специфику. В ней заполняет поля о назначенных процедурах, показаниях, ограничениях и противопоказаниях к применению.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 13213153q.png"><br></p><p>Далее следуют согласие на ВРТ и информация о вынесенном на консилиуме решении врачей, которое заносится в протокол. После заполнения и сохранения формы в системе на экране появляется план с этапами оказания медпомощи. Наглядное и последовательное ведение пациентки в МИС упрощает контроль врача за выписанными лекарствами и ходом изменений. Он может оперативно выявить ухудшения и внести корректировки в лечение, которое проходит до этапа диагностирования беременности. После чего информация о ВРТ будет доступна при обследовании беременной пациентки любым акушером-гинекологом, зарегистрированным в МИС.</p><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 13213153e.png"><br></p><h2 class="">РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</h2><p>За 8 месяцев сотрудничества мы закрыли ~70 задач по улучшению функциональных возможностей медицинской информационной системы, которая внедрена в учреждения 30+ регионов РФ.</p><p>Несмотря на сложность и масштабность проекта, мы внедрили на платформу подраздел ВРТ, который соответствует требованиям нашего заказчика.</p><p>На момент написания кейса продолжаем поддерживать МИС и вносить свой вклад в развитие современных технологий для медицины.&nbsp;<br></p>

This allows TopDelivery to transfer part of the delivery orders to contractors with branches in small and distant settlements.</p><p>The transfer of customer orders takes place through integration with the TopDelivery online platform. To ensure correct internal data exchange, it is necessary to configure the interaction between the companies' services, particularly those with existing API methods and approaches.</p><p>In 2021, TopDelivery started collaborating with a logistics delivery service with over 20,000 pickup points across Russia. Additionally, the company acquired a major client – an online store with home goods. Through our development, TopDelivery customers gained an additional 20,000+ pickup points and parcel lockers in the most remote corners of Russia.</p><h3 class="">How It Works</h3><p>TopDelivery receives a delivery request from the online store and uploads it to the integration bus. The tool converts the data into a format understandable for the service of the company that has a network of parcel lockers and pickup points. Before transferring the order to the partner, TopDelivery checks for available spaces at their pickup points. Information about this and all subsequent delivery details is transmitted to our client through the developed bus.

INTEGRATION WITH A MAJOR ONLINE STORE</h2><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 1321315286.png"><br></p><p>In accordance with the strict structure of the client, we implemented API interaction with a well-known retail chain specializing in the sale of home and construction products. We focused on specific services of the platform: order creation, status retrieval, and information updates. With the help of DaData, we also configured automatic determination of postal codes and coordinates for delivery. Additionally, we organized the collection and sending of integration bus operation errors to the support email.</p><h3 class="">How It Works</h3><p> On the DIY retailer's side, product processing takes place. Consumers do this either through the website or in a physical store. The seller sends order information to the integration bus, which transforms the data into a format understood by TopDelivery. They are then directed to the courier service's platform. Our client's platform processes the information and communicates the delivery identifier through the bus.</p><blockquote class="blockquote">After creating and testing the interaction tools, we thoroughly documented their operation. Our documentation allows for quick updates, expansions, and improvements to the software, which is what we continue to do with the emergence of new functional enhancements.</blockquote><h2 class="">RESULTS</h2><p>Two integration buses were implemented and put into operation, converting data on delivery orders and automating their correct transmission between different platforms.</p><ul><li>The interaction setup expanded TopDelivery's geography to over 20,000 pickup points and parcel lockers across Russia.</li><li>Integration with the online store became a new source of delivery orders and revenue.</li></ul><p>The developed software is documented, easily expandable, and scalable for similar projects.&nbsp;<br></p>

Компания сотрудничает не только с ритейлерами, но и с другими логистическими организациями. Она заключает договоры с партнерами, чтобы расширить территориальный охват оказания услуг. Это позволяет ей передавать часть заявок на доставку контрагентам, которые имеют подразделения в небольших и дальних населенных пунктах.</p><p>Передача клиентских заказов происходит через интеграцию с онлайн-платформой TopDelivery. Чтобы внутренний обмен информацией осуществлялся корректно, нужно настроить взаимодействие между сервисами компаний. Особенного внимания требуют те, у которых уже есть свои API-методы и подходы.</p><p>В 2021 году TopDelivery стала сотрудничать с логистической службой доставки, у которой более 20 тысяч точек выдачи по РФ. Также у компании появился крупный клиент – интернет-магазин с товарами для дома. TopDelivery подготовила техническое задание и обратилась к нам, чтобы мы реализовали необходимые инструменты для интеграции с новыми платформами.</p><h2 class="">ЦЕЛЬ</h2><p>Настроить передачу данных между TopDelivery и сторонними бизнес-платформами с помощью сервисных шин.</p><h2 class="">ОСНОВНЫЕ ЗАДАЧИ</h2><ul><li>Погрузиться в процессы компаний и спроектировать архитектуру ПО.</li><li>Разработать функционал удобных интеграционных инструментов.</li><li>Отладить взаимодействие и написать документацию к разработанному ПО.</li></ul><h2 class="">РЕШЕНИЯ</h2><p>Решением b2b-взаимодействия стали интеграционные шины*, размещенные на отдельном сервере. При проектировании их архитектуры мы продумали каждый модуль, чтоб в будущем можно было расширить функционал необходимыми возможностями. Для нее мы написали API с принудительным получением данных и установили таймер с ежечасным экспортом заказов. С помощью нашей разработки клиенты TopDelivery получили 20 000+ дополнительных пунктов и постаматов в самых отдаленных уголках РФ. </p><h3 class="">
Как это работает</h3><p>TopDelivery получает от интернет-магазина запрос на доставку и выгружает его в интеграционную шину. Инструмент преобразует данные в понятный формат для сервиса компании, которая имеет сеть постаматов и пунктов выдачи товаров. Перед тем как передать заказ партнеру, TopDelivery находит у него свободные места в точках выдачи. Информация об этом и все последующие сведения о доставке поступают к нашему клиенту через разработанную шину.</p><h2 class="">ИНТЕГРАЦИЯ С КРУПНЫМ ИНТЕРНЕТ-МАГАЗИНОМ</h2><p><img src="https://backend.mediaten.ru/storage/uploads/Frame 1321315286.png"><br></p><p>В соответствии со строгой структурой заказчика мы осуществили API-взаимодействие с известной сетью магазинов, которая занимается продажей товаров для дома и строительства. Нас интересовали определенные сервисы платформы: создание заказов, получение статусов и обновление информации. С помощью DaData мы также настроили автоматическое определение почтового индекса и координат для доставки. Вдобавок организовали сбор и отправку ошибок в работе интеграционной шины на email техподдержки.</p><h3 class="">Как это работает</h3><p>На стороне DIY-ритейлера происходит оформление продукции. Потребитель делает это либо через сайт, либо в реальном магазине. Продавец отправляет информацию о заказе в интеграционную шину, которая преобразует данные в тот вид, который понятен TopDelivery. После чего они направляются в сервис курьерской службы. Платформа нашего клиента обрабатывает информацию и сообщает через шину идентификатор доставки. </p><blockquote class="blockquote">После создания и тестирования инструментов взаимодействия, мы подробно описали их работу. Наша документация позволяет оперативно вносить правки, расширять и улучшать ПО. Чем мы и продолжаем заниматься при появлении новых функциональных доработок.</blockquote><h2 class="">РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</h2><p>Реализованы и внедрены в работу две интеграционные шины. Они конвертируют данные о заказах на доставку и автоматизируют их корректную передачу между разными платформами.</p><ul><li>Настройка взаимодействия расширила географию TopDelivery на более 20 тысяч пунктов выдачи и постаматов по РФ.</li><li>Интеграция с интернет-магазином стала новым трафиком заказов на доставку и источником дохода.</li></ul><p>Разработанное ПО задокументировано, легко расширяется и масштабируется на подобные проекты.&nbsp;<br></p>
