We decided to celebrate this mystical date as a team and have fun with games.The event gathered most of the team and gave everyone a lot of great impressions. The celebration started with a custom-made cake, tailored to match the agency's brand book. After a dessert sprint and congratulatory meetups, we moved on to the entertainment prepared by our HR and active team members. The program was so packed that we couldn’t capture its entirety. But we did manage to take a few shots.Once again, we thank our friendly team and congratulate them on this milestone, with many more events and achievements ahead!We are very proud of our team, the successes of each employee, and the fact that for 13 years we have been helping our clients achieve their goals. In 2023, we participated in the IT company ratings for the first time and were pleasantly surprised to immediately take <a href="https://mediaten.ru/en/news/ratings" target="_blank">top positions in our key categories</a>. Being listed alongside digital giants motivated us not to stop at what we had achieved and to make an even louder statement among our colleagues.On Wednesday, May 22, 2024, the organizers of the "Runet Rating" announced the annual results of the agency "race." As a result, we moved up 4 positions in our main category. Now, the MediaTen team officially ranks among the top three developers in Yekaterinburg. It was interesting to observe the dynamics of changes in the category. We alternated between the first and fifth positions.Sharp jumps in the "Runet Rating" categories are a normal phenomenon, driven by the tightening of the evaluation methodology. Organizers added new coefficients, such as service diversity and industry experience. They changed the weight of old factors: outsourcing gained an advantage over outstaffing, and the number of clients stopped playing a significant role. In addition to revenue reporting, a new criterion for disclosing legal entities was introduced to strengthen the verification system.

В 2023 году мы впервые приняли участие в рейтингах IT-компаний. И приятно удивились, что сразу взяли верхние позиции в <a href="https://mediaten.ru/ru/news/ratings" target="_blank">своих ключевых срезах</a>. Попадание в один список с digital-акулами стимулировало нас не останавливаться на достигнутом и еще громче заявить о себе среди коллег. 

В среду, 22 мая 2024, организаторы «Рейтинг Рунета»‎ огласили ежегодные результаты «гонки» агентств. По ее итогам мы поднялись выше на 4 строчки в главной для нас категории. Теперь команда MediaTen официально входит в тройку лучших разработчиков Екатеринбурга. При этом было интересно наблюдать за динамикой изменений в срезе. Мы то перемещались на первую позицию, то слетали до пятой.

Резкие скачки в категориях «Рейтинг Рунета» – это нормальное явление, обусловленное ужесточением оценочной методики. Организаторы добавили новые коэффициенты, например, разнообразие услуг и опыта в отраслях. Поменяли вес старых: аутсорсинг получил преимущество над аутстаффингом, а число клиентов перестало играть большую роль. Помимо указания выручки, чтобы усилить систему ее проверки, появился критерий раскрытия юридических лиц.

Since the beginning of 2024, the leadership of MediaTen has held several meetings to identify problem areas and determine ways to address them. On Friday, April 12th, our team gathered to discuss and approve the set goals for MediaTen. During the announcement of the strategy session results, the company's CEO presented important decisions regarding planned development, which included tasks such as:
<ul><li>
Defining common tools for those interested in transitioning to remote collaboration.
</li><li>Reviewing the incentive system.
</li><li>Changes in the grading process to include an online format.
</li><li>Expanding the team by 2X.
</li><li>Increasing annual revenue by 40%.&nbsp;</li></ul>Team members exchanged opinions and voiced their suggestions across various areas. Through dialogues and discussions, upcoming modifications were analyzed, explained, and approved.The internal event was accompanied by a light buffet with a beverage tasting, where we had to choose the best among them. We evaluated the external and taste qualities of each product to determine the most prioritized for the entire team.Such an approach to organizing the meeting was not accidental: including wine tasting symbolized the collective decision-making process. After all, that's why we gathered on Friday evening to analyze both closed and still relevant company cases.Although some topics remained for detailed refinement and subsequent meetings, the leadership was able to share the developed strategy with the team and receive its approval. The main goal has been achieved – all MediaTen employees know the company's objectives and the real possibilities for achieving them.

С начала 2024 года руководство MediaTen провело несколько встреч, чтобы выявить проблемные зоны и определить варианты их закрытия. В пятницу, 12 апреля, наша команда собралась для обсуждения и утверждения намеченных целей MediaTen. На оглашении результатов стратсессии CEO компании озвучил важные решения по планируемому развитию, в которое вошли такие задачи, как:
<ul><li>
определение общих инструментов для желающих перейти на удаленное сотрудничество,
</li><li>пересмотр мотивационной системы,
изменение в проведении грейдирования со включением онлайн-формата,
</li><li>расширение штата в 2Х,
</li><li>увеличение годового оборота на 40%.
</li></ul>
Участники команды обменивались мнениями и озвучивали свои предложения по разным направлениям. В результате диалогов и дискуссий были разобраны, объяснены и утверждены предстоящие модификации.Внутреннее мероприятие сопровождалось легким фуршетом с дегустацией напитков, среди которых нам предстояло выбрать лучший. Мы оценивали внешние и вкусовые качества каждого продукта, чтобы определить наиболее приоритетный для всего коллектива.

Такой подход к организации встречи не случаен: включение Wine tasting символизировало командное решение вопросов. Ведь именно для этого мы собрались пятничным вечером и анализировали закрытые и еще актуальные кейсы компании. 

Несмотря на то, что еще часть тем осталась для детальных проработок и последующих встреч, руководство смогло поделиться с командой выработанной стратегией и получить ее одобрение. Главное достигнуто – все сотрудники MediaTen знают, какие цели стоят перед компанией и что есть реальные возможности их осуществления.&nbsp;
