On Monday, March 18th, we launched an internal training program for backend specialists. The course has been prepared for over six months, and it contains unique knowledge for project implementation and support. The lessons themselves are conducted offline, but remote employees will have the opportunity to view lecture recordings.
The main goal of the course is not only to pass on experience but also to teach how to quickly solve real clients' tasks in an IT company. The main part of the training program was created by Dmitry, MediaTen's IT director with 15 years of experience in backend development. Mikhail and Daniil, department heads of development, will also give lectures.
What to expect from the course and how to join
The training program is designed for both novice and experienced developers. Students will receive important information about object-oriented programming, architectural principles and patterns, database work, and automated testing. The information is presented visually. The topics are selected and structured so that students can systematically master the most in-demand skills of a modern developer. In addition to studying theory and completing practical tasks, course participants can discuss their questions with colleagues and receive recommendations from speakers.
Currently, classes are only held for MediaTen employees. It is important for us to support and improve the skills of all team members by sharing the experience and knowledge of senior specialists.
