Yesterday, on July 18, 2023, we hosted an engaging and informative day at the conference "The Path from 10 Million to a Billion for Agencies: Balancing Sales, Production, Hiring, and PR".

The event, aimed at senior professionals in the digital industry, took place in the center of Yekaterinburg and gathered a full house of approximately 50 guests from different cities in Russia. The organizers of the event were our partners from Alto x Partners’ Club by AGIMA. Therefore, we had no doubts that we would be present at the meeting.

Visitors were presented with five presentations from speakers holding leadership positions in IT companies. The topics of the presentations had a common theme - the development and scaling of their businesses. The leaders shared insights on tools for increasing sales, finding strong team members, and interacting with clients.

Feedback

It's interesting that the lectures and internal case studies were ranked based on the annual revenue of agencies:

  • from 10 to 30 million rubles,
  • from 30 to 100 million rubles,
  • from 100 million to 1 billion rubles.

This division was made to ensure that every conference participant could find relevant solutions and choose a suitable strategy for their company. The speakers also shared their plans for the future, emphasizing the importance of assessing one's capabilities and expected outcomes realistically. There were no unrealistic expectations or "wishful thinking" – everything was grounded in reality.

I have plans to grow by 50% this year. If anyone knows how to grow by 100% or 120%, please come and talk to me. I would be happy to chat with you.

Ivan Yaroslavtsev, founder and head of Alto agency

During the breaks between presentations, there was a short coffee break where we had the opportunity to chat with the founders and directors of digital agencies. Many of them we had already known for several years, but it was nice to see new faces in the IT community.

After the main part of the program, the event continued in an informal atmosphere with an after-party format. As you can imagine, we won't disclose what happened next.

We would like to thank the organizers for hosting the conference, facilitating lively discussions, and enabling the exchange of experiences. We wish for the continued expansion of the event's scope and the constant growth of its audience.
